At AdventHealth Medical Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our Urogynecology team at Lake Mary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with our physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) and 1-3 years of experience in Urogynecology or Urology. You will be responsible for performing physical examinations, evaluating and treating acute and chronic urologic conditions, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. Additionally, you will manage new patients, develop proper plans of care, and assist with office procedures such as bladder instillations, foley management, and endometrial biopsies.

Responsibilities:
- Perform physical examinations and evaluate and treat acute and chronic urologic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as routine laboratory and X-ray
- Manage new patients and develop proper plans of care
- Assist with office procedures, including bladder instillations, foley management, and endometrial biopsies
- Collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- 1-3 years of experience in Urogynecology or Urology
- Current, valid Florida PA or APRN license
- Certification by NCCPA, ANCC, or other nationally recognized certification organization
- BLS & ACLS certification
