Mitchell Martin Healthcare is in search of a travel nurse RN specializing in Pediatrics for an exciting opportunity.
Position Details- Specialty: Pediatrics
- Discipline: RN
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Weekly Hours: 34 hours
- Shift Type: 8-hour shifts, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
Applicants should possess a BSN and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in managing pediatric patients with conditions such as asthma, sickle cell disease, diabetes, and those requiring ventilator support or gastrostomy care.
While board certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. A year of experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) is also advantageous, though not required. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other healthcare-related technologies is essential, along with strong interpersonal skills.
