Penn Medicine is a leading academic medical center dedicated to providing the highest level of care to patients. We are currently seeking a Full-Time OBGYN Generalist to join our team at Penn OB/GYN Chester County.

This opportunity offers a chance to work with a long-standing group of 7 Physicians and 3 Nurse Practitioners who provide patient care services at three ambulatory locations - Exton, West Chester, and West Grove. Deliveries and surgeries are performed at Chester County Hospital (CCH), a Penn Medicine facility. The successful candidate will also spend time in the CCH OB/GYN Clinic caring for underserved populations.

CCH performs approximately 2,500 deliveries annually and has a Level III NICU led by neonatologists from The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The hospital aims to provide a top OB patient experience with modern labor and delivery suites, private maternity rooms, and state-of-the-art operating rooms. Our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is Epic, which is universal throughout Penn Medicine.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $**250,000 to $350,000 per year**, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including PSLF eligibility, strong retirement options, dependent tuition benefit, CME programs, and time off packages.
