Job Overview

Harbor Health Services is a healthcare innovator in Austin, transforming the delivery of care through collaboration and value-based payment models. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an ACO Provider Relations Manager.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in improving healthcare delivery and access by fostering strong relationships with providers and expanding the ACO network.
  • This position involves leading initiatives to enhance value-based payment models, driving provider engagement, and supporting stakeholders and community partners to optimize processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person visits to promote best practices adoption and technology utilization among participating providers.
  • Collaborate with Business Development leadership to identify and pursue ACO growth opportunities.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities, establish collaborative goals, and monitor outcomes.
  • Build and maintain provider relationships while providing data-driven insights on preferences and improvement opportunities.
  • Support organizational and clinical leaders in goal alignment and achievement.
  • Develop and execute strategic service line and outreach initiatives.
  • Create quarterly strategic targeting objectives aligned with market strategies.
  • Collect and analyze provider feedback to enhance Harbor's services and technology support.
  • Gather and interpret relevant data to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in healthcare.
  • A proven track record of success in provider relations, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with providers and other stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business.
