About the Position:
This is a leadership position that requires strong technical knowledge and analytical skills. You will be responsible for maintaining all essential mechanical, electrical, and patient care equipment in safe operating condition, managing departmental budget, ordering supplies, and tracking inventory, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, codes, and regulations related to maintenance services and life safety code.
Required Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
