We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team at a TK-8th grade school near Santa Ana, CA.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide behavior support services to students with challenging behaviors
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement behavior plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop strategies to address behavioral issues
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure consistent behavior support
Requirements:
  • BCBA certification required
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist in a school setting
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Willingness to provide professional references
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $25+/hr (dependent on experience)
