About this Job

As a Critical Care Registered Nurse with Trustaff, you will provide hands-on care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and implement care strategies for patients with complex health conditions.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including nursing interventions and documentation, case finding, health teaching, and provision of supportive and/or restorative care.
  • Participate in staff training, prepare clinical and administrative reports, maintain infection control standards, and function as a member of a treatment team.
  • Supervise subordinate professional, paraprofessional, and support staff in the performance of their patient/resident care duties and maintain inventory standards for medicine, controlled drugs, and narcotics.
