In this challenging role as a Lead Workplace Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs to protect employees and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

With a strong background in construction safety and a passion for promoting a positive safety culture, you will be able to motivate teams and individuals to prioritize safety above all else.

You will collaborate closely with our management team to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively train and mentor colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections and incidents
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and address potential hazards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., occupational health and safety, environmental science)
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in construction safety
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, ASP, CHST)
