This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled ACNP/PA to join our dedicated Cardiothoracic team. The selected Advanced Practice Provider will be responsible for rounding on patients in the hospital, conducting patient consultations in the clinic, and providing surgical first-assist support in the operating room. Candidates should thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong teamwork skills.
This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a rapidly expanding Cardiovascular Surgery Group based at Wyoming Medical Center, supporting growth and increasing market presence in the region.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Cardio-Thoracic surgery, including endovenous vein harvesting.
- Current PA-C or ACNP with RNFA Certification at the time of application
- Proof of successful completion of surgical first assistant training as part of an accredited nurse practitioner program or attendance at a recognized surgical first assist training course.
- Must be licensed in Wyoming or eligible for licensure.
- Possess DEA with prescriptive authority.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- On-call duties are part of the role.
