Job Summary

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth at PVH Corp. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for selling and promoting Tommy Hilfiger merchandise, executing operational activities, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, adhering to the TH Customer Service Standards.
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing, with merchandise replenished consistently.
  • Execute operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure the store is always ready for business.
  • Minimize losses through effective loss prevention procedures.
  • Stay informed about store sales plans and results, as well as individual contributions to business outcomes.
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, demonstrating strong written and verbal skills.
Customer Service Focus
  • Maximize sales potential by delivering exceptional customer experiences, in line with TH Customer Service standards.
  • Build a loyal customer base through excellent service, fostering a positive store experience.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, promotions, and special events to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Treat all customers and staff with fairness and consistency, creating a welcoming store environment.
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance, demonstrating a professional image and conduct.
  • Be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management, and adapt to the needs of the position.
  • Communicate concerns to management, maintaining respect for peer group, staff, and supervisor.

Compensation and Benefits
