Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of critical marketing functions within the marketing department. This role involves managing campaigns, optimizing marketing efforts, and ensuring alignment with company goals and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an effective marketing team and develop strategic and tactical marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of Kahler products and services to create, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage the optimization of marketing campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective tracking of performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Develop an annual marketing budget, aligning with company growth objectives, brand-building requirements, and overall brand image support.

Requirements:

  • Experience with development of aligned B2B marketing strategy is preferred.
  • Experience managing promotion campaigns within the agribusiness sector is a plus.
  • Experience performing strategic market analysis.
  • Experience with marketing of engineered projects and SaaS solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent from four-year college or 3 years related experience and/or training.

Work Environment:

The work environment is moderate, with occasional travel required to support industry-related events and promotional opportunities.
