Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises, equipment, and grounds to identify and address any maintenance concerns.
  • Aid in renovation projects, repairs, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Carry out outdoor maintenance duties, including landscaping and snow clearance.
  • Complete routine maintenance checklists to ensure the upkeep of facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of sustained sobriety is required for candidates in recovery.
  • A proactive, diligent individual with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of carpentry and repair techniques.
