Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Center Servicing Assistant to join our team at OpTech. As a key member of our banking center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, facilitating loan servicing, and coordinating the resolution of complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in servicing financial and banking needs of lending and deposit customers
  • Prepare and coordinate correspondence with relationship and portfolio managers and customers
  • Assist officers and customers in preparing various forms, applications, and presentations
  • Facilitate the request process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures
  • Research and coordinate the resolution of complex issues related to overdrafts, returned items, lockbox, stop payments, and late deposits
  • Assist with loan maintenance, monitoring, and reporting
  • Monitor and coordinate with Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to ensure reports are received, reviewed, and processed
  • Provide administrative support to RMs and PMs
  • Conduct customer research for officer calls, preparing and maintaining portfolio lists, reports, mailing lists, and presentation materials

Requirements:

  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure
  • Strong skills in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
