Front of House Managers

SALARY / GRADE LEVEL:

Hourly / Non-Exempt

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Adhere to all operational policies and procedures.
  • Complete all assigned opening, running, and closing tasks, including side work.
  • Arrive on time and participate in all shift meetings.
  • Comply with health and alcohol service standards.
  • Welcome guests and assist them through the ordering and payment process.
  • Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of menu items, promotions, ingredients, and preparation times.
  • Encourage sales through proactive suggestive selling and prompt service.
  • Communicate customer orders clearly to kitchen staff.
  • Keep the workspace clean, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Prepare and serve beverages with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.
  • Prepare garnishes, syrups, and juices as needed.
  • Change kegs when necessary.
  • Process customer payments courteously and efficiently.
  • Ensure all guests leave with a positive experience.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of bartending experience.
  • Current Texas Food Handlers and TABC Certifications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Strong listening skills and responsiveness to customer needs.
  • Reliable work ethic with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Team-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Physical capability to lift over 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
