Watch Refinisher/Polisher

We are seeking a skilled Watch Refinisher/Polisher to join our team. This role is responsible for polishing and refinishing luxury watches, buckles, and watch bracelets, as well as maintaining shop equipment and ensuring high-quality finishes.

• Polish and refine luxury watches, buckles, and watch bracelets to the highest standards
• Clean and prepare watches for sale, ensuring they meet our quality standards
• Maintain and repair shop equipment, including lathes, ultrasonics, dust collectors, and steamers
• Work collaboratively with our in-house repair department, outsourced repair departments, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
• Update our computer systems with notes and check on the status and estimated completion dates of watches in repair

• Several years of experience as a jewelry and/or watch refinisher or polisher
• Ability to work quickly and flexibly, meeting changing deadlines and time constraints
• High level of organization and strong time-management ability
• Excellent motor skills, hand/eye coordination, and vision
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods
• Current Covid-19 vaccination
