About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Recovery Solutions. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals with substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions to contribute to individualized treatment planning.
  • Implement treatment programs directed by Health Care Practitioners, administering medications and performing diagnostic tests according to established protocols.
  • Collaborate with RNs and staff to ensure effective patient care and respond to codes or health emergencies within standard guidelines.
  • Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures, implement nutrition and therapeutic diet plans, and document nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
  • Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
