Dishwasher Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurants.

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are sanitized and ready for use. Your duties will include:

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by washing and sanitizing pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen utensils and service ware.
• Ensuring the dish area, equipment, and chemicals are properly maintained and replenished.
• Inspecting and verifying that the dish machine is working properly and chemical levels are correct throughout the workday.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A minimum age requirement of 16 years (or older, depending on local/state regulations).
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts.
