Summary
We are hiring for a Physical Therapist to provide expert care to our patients in Senior Living.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to determine rehab potential, identify needs, establish individualized treatment plans, and set goals for the team plan of care.
- Set initial STG's and LTG's.
- Utilize equipment safely and properly, maintain equipment inspection, maintenance, and cleaning logs, and report broken or faulty equipment.
- Maintain equipment logs for required equipment in the outpatient clinic.
- Follow medical regimens developed for patients, be aware of and adhere to precautions (THR, TKR, Cardiac, Wound, etc.).
- Utilize safe treatment techniques: transfers, positioning, feeding, splinting, paraffin bath, cryotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc.
- Complete D/C summary on each patient on their final visit to outpatient PT.
Education and Experience
- Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
