About the Position

Soliant Health is seeking a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist to work in a school-based setting in Augusta, ME. As an integral part of our team, you will provide essential therapy services to students with varying needs and disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized therapy services to support students' development and progress.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to inform treatment plans tailored to each student's unique requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure seamless support for students.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided, showcasing your attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing valuable insights to develop effective educational plans for students.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • An active Maine OT license, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and professionalism.
  • Desirable experience working in school-based settings, allowing you to adapt quickly and effectively to this role.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
