We are looking for a skilled Fryer Operator and Equipment Cleaner to join our team at McDonald's. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Daily filter oil fryers to prevent equipment breakdowns and maintain optimal performance
  • Clean equipment, including fryers, ovens, and dishwashers, to prevent grease buildup and bacterial growth
  • Unload delivery trucks two times a week, ensuring timely receipt of inventory
  • Take out and empty trash compactors regularly to prevent overflow and odors

**What You'll Need:**

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
