Job Summary
As a Customer Service Ambassador at Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience when shopping with us. You will be the first and last point of contact for many customers, making a lasting impression on their shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, and parking lot.
- Assist customers with their needs, including answering questions and providing product information.
- Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
