Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals struggling with addiction, substance abuse, and mental health issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate care and education to patients about their medical and psychiatric conditions.
  • Build trust and rapport with patients and their families.
  • Work effectively with the facility leadership team to resolve pending issues, conduct compliance audits, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate and plan the admission workflow, monitor lab orders, and track medical transfers.
  • Perform administrative functions, such as scanning documents and assisting with the work schedule.
  • Conduct admission and discharge audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience as a LPN Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Higher education preferred.
  • Certification in Practical Nursing or equivalent as per state law.
  • Licensed to practice in the State of practice.
  • Behavioral health experience preferred.
