  • Assist passengers on and off of vehicles Curb to Curb to door and ensure engagement of appropriate passenger securements
  • Maintain order on vehicle during transport and proper client monitoring
  • Act as liaison between client agency personnel and operations staff, ensuring accurate attendance and delivery of clients
  • Effectively communicate problems or situations and proactively work to resolving issues that affect agency clients, caretakers, and other passengers
  • Aide vehicle operator in the event of accident or passenger emergency in securing the vehicle and safety removing all passengers where necessary
  • Diffuse difficult situations in a positive manner and with respect to the needs of the passengers
  • Ensure safe and clean vehicle condition at the start and end of each shift
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch via two-way radio
  • Assist operators in navigating and finding locations where necessary
