We're on the hunt for a talented Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our team at Arrowhead Towne Center. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and fostering a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Operations: Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Team Development: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team that shares our passion for customer service and sales excellence.
  • Customer Engagement: Create buzz and excitement around new products, promotions, and services, leveraging social media and in-store experiences to drive customer loyalty.
  • Store Operations: Provide leadership in running an operationally sound business, balancing delegation, autonomy, and customer-first selling practices.
  • Loss Prevention: Monitor and mitigate shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules to ensure a secure and efficient store environment.
  • Communication: Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ partners to share trends, customer feedback, and best practices.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales reports and use data to inform strategic decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Merchandising and Visuals: Merchandise the store in a compelling way, leveraging planograms and launching promotions on time to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience, with a passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams to success, with skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and development.
  • Avenger-like Skills: Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, and operations skills, with a drive to develop and grow your team.
  • Age and Education: At least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or GED equivalent (a degree is a plus)
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate a fast-changing retail environment, with a willingness to roll with the punches and adapt to new challenges.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes of merchandise (up to 50 pounds) with or without reasonable accommodation.
