Overview:
Ascendo Resources is in search of a highly qualified and seasoned Trial Attorney to fill the role of Senior Litigation Partner in North Florida. The successful candidate will possess substantial first-chair trial experience and a robust background in general liability as well as automobile insurance defense.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in legal proceedings and oversee all facets of trial preparation and execution.
- Manage cases involving general liability and automobile insurance defense.
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft necessary legal documents, and formulate effective case strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling arguments in court.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, witnesses, and opposing legal representatives.
- Travel as required for court appearances and trials.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
- A minimum of 10 trials as lead counsel.
- Demonstrated expertise in general liability and automobile insurance defense.
- Capability to manage complex cases and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with high-stakes or high-profile litigation.
- Documented history of successful case resolutions.
