Responsibilities- Obtain comprehensive patient data through assessment and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Analyze and synthesize data to determine diagnoses and conditions relevant to patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing clinical judgment and collaboration with patients, families, and the interprofessional care team.
- Implement and coordinate care strategies to promote a safe environment and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Evaluate patient progress and outcomes, contributing to the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interprofessional team, utilizing clinical inquiry and integrating best evidence into practice.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification, such as ACLS or PALS, may be required depending on the unit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and the interprofessional team.
