Career Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at C&W Services.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment. As a Janitorial Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, as well as dusting and polishing surfaces.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces (inside buildings)
  • Use light and heavy (commercial type) floor (buffers) and shampoo machines including attachments
  • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas

In addition to these tasks, you will also be responsible for:

  • Washing windowsills; glass in interior doors, partition, and specified windows
  • Washing glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior- Wash/spot clean interior walls as appropriate daily
  • Cleaning bathrooms and restocking paper supplies daily
Working Conditions

You will work under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and perform your duties in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures of C&W Services.

  • A strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
