Job Description:

The QHSE Coordinator will assist and support the district QHSE Manager in ensuring adherence to the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) and Quality Management System (QMS) programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of QHSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE and QMS standards.
  • Investigate and report on incidents, near misses, and hazards.
  • Develop and maintain training programs for employees on QHSE and QMS procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Professional certification in a relevant field (e.g. OSHA, ISO 9001).
  • Strong knowledge of QHSE and QMS principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
