About the JobThis position involves collaborating with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients. You will also direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing. As a member of our team, you will assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered.
A key requirement of this role is possessing knowledge of quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving tools and techniques, and demonstrating ability to apply in support of departmental and patient care quality improvement.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum-
