Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire parts sales process efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, keeping customers informed about their order status and handling incoming calls with pricing details and other necessary information.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in navigating the electronic parts catalog, sourcing out-of-stock parts externally, and placing urgent orders when needed.
  • Support in receiving payments from customers and maintain a high level of organization and time management capabilities.
  • Be open to working on select Saturdays to meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in GM auto parts sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Experience with OE Connection, Collision Link, Repair Link, and My Price Link is beneficial.
  • Previous exposure to Auto Mate DMS is advantageous.
  • Readiness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
