Job Summary:

Aveanna Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work one-on-one with patients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Provide health education and training to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
