Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily culinary operations in collaboration with third-party food service providers.
- Supervise multiple vendors to guarantee seamless food service delivery across various business functions, including hospitality, menu development, and customer engagement.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key vendors to ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements.
- Develop innovative programs and promotions to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage financial budgets and track expenditures related to food and service operations.
- Implement safety, sanitation, and maintenance protocols to uphold high standards.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues and promptly address any issues that arise.
- Evaluate service quality and pricing, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
- Coordinate with onsite facilities teams to ensure sustainability initiatives are effectively implemented.
- Assist in planning and executing onsite events, ensuring successful outcomes through meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in food service, ideally in a managerial capacity.
- Experience managing third-party food vendors and familiarity with contracts and service level agreements.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in budget creation, financial reporting, and inventory management.
This position requires a full-time commitment, with a schedule of Monday through Friday. The primary location for this role will be in the designated area, with potential travel to other sites as necessary.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
