We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Enterprise Estates Nursing Center. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards
- Assist with menu planning and food preparation, ensuring that all dietary needs are met
- Interact with residents, family members, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to perform simple math calculations
- Familiarity with clinical diets and ability to learn special diets
- Good personal hygiene and attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe Certification preferred
