Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server Associate to join our team at Senior Lifestyle. As a Server Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Accept food orders, communicate with the kitchen, and deliver food and beverages to residents and guests in a timely manner.
  • Resident Satisfaction: Respond quickly to resident and guest needs and requests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
  • Table Maintenance: Actively bus and reset tables, as well as complete assigned side work to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
  • Teamwork: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards all residents, visitors, and co-workers, promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • No Experience Necessary: We will provide training for the right candidate, so no prior experience is required.
  • Food Safety Training: You will need to complete food safety training to obtain and/or hold any required local, state, and/or county food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates.
  • Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  • Basic Computer Skills: You will need basic computer skills for our POS system and payroll system.
  • Independent Decision-Making: You will need to be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Problem-Solving: You will need to be able to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
