Job Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is seeking a Production Warehouse Associate to support a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) facility. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of prescriptions to Veteran beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Insert and package medication, medication guides, and other printed materials into envelopes or packages, adhering to CMOP packing standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare finished products for shipment or storage by placing them in shipping containers, following CMOP packing standard operating procedures.
  • Operate various types of packaging equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Read computer screens and use scanning equipment to efficiently process shipments.
  • Respond to alarms and alerts in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of general work experience.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic keyboard and PC computer skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 150 pounds.
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Understanding of precautions required when handling hazardous materials and waste.
Physical Demands
  • Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist.
  • Lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance.
  • Push/pull with 30 lbs of force.
