Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Wexford Health Sources. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a correctional facility setting.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in a correctional facility or similar setting. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing medical care in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement medical care in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare staff, and correctional officers
  • Document patient encounters and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current state RN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school
  • One year of experience in a correctional facility or similar setting (preferred)
