American Furniture Warehouse is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of merchandise within our warehouse.

• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers, to move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload merchandise from trailers and containers, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives.
• Participate in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull merchandise up to 100 pounds frequently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, bend, and twist to move merchandise.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.
