The Willows at Gretna is seeking a highly skilled Medical Records Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for coordinating staff coverage for nursing needs throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Coordination: Receive and promptly respond to requests for staff coverage from supervisors on a daily basis.
- Communication: Work closely with supervisors and staff employees to provide adequate coverage in the facility.
- On-Call Duties: Participate in on-call duties as required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.): Must be a certified C.N.A. and may be required to work on the floor on rare occasions.
- Administrative Experience: Two or more years of administrative experience preferred.
- Staffing Experience: Must have experience in staffing.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
