We are seeking an experienced beauty professional to join our team as a Sales and Education Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, educating store teams on our products, and building strong relationships with clients.

• Sales: Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits, events, and relationship building.
• Training and Education: Educate store teams on our products, develop brand advocates, and track event sales impact.
• Calendar Execution: Activate store visit calendars, recap store successes, and provide detailed weekly recaps.
• Communication: Communicate regularly with management, store leadership, and retailer partners to support business growth.

• 2+ years of beauty industry experience as a professional make-up artist or brand ambassador.
• Currently live in the territory listed in the job posting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work on your feet for 6-8 hours.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

• 1+ years of Sephora training and selling experience with established relationships.
• Passion in the Clean Beauty Category.
