- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Massachusetts state licensure as a Special Education Teacher, with certification from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
