Parts Chaser - Cortland County Highway



Job Summary:
The work involves responsibility for picking up and distributing parts and tools to work sites around the county. The incumbent is also responsible for performing routine manual maintenance and grounds work when not driving. The work is performed under the direct supervision of a higher level supervisor. Does related work as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Picks up and drops off county vehicles for service.
  • Performs routine manual maintenance and grounds work.
  • Responsible for distributing parts and tools to work sites.

Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid New York State driver's license is required.
  • Pre-employment screenings required.
