We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietary Director to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a Dietary Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, and serving of nutritious meals to our residents.

• Plan, direct, and control the dietary department's functions and personnel.
• Ensure the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
• Supervise and train dietary staff to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents.
• Manage food budgets and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Service Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) certification.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
