We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Anesthesia Technician to join our team at Northside Hospital Inc. As an Anesthesia Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our anesthesia department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up equipment and supplies for each anesthetizing location
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to strict safety and sanitation protocols
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Assist in the handling and delivery of pharmaceuticals under the supervision of a pharmacist
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
- Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia or ability to register within 90 days
- PREFERRED: Certification as an Anesthesia Technologist (Cer.A.T.T.)
Work Environment:
- Varying work hours, including weekends and on-call shifts
