Janitorial Assistant

At Diversified Maintenance, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team. As a General Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

• Empty trash and recycling receptacles
• Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces
• Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas
• Clean restrooms, including disinfecting and restocking supplies
• Ensure all lights are on/off and doors are locked when leaving an area
• Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation to ensure consistent dependability
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
• Pass a background check and drug screen

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15 and a part-time schedule of Monday to Friday, 3 hours per day. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work, we encourage you to apply.
