Job Description

This role involves conducting comprehensive hearing tests, providing top-notch customer service, and working closely with veterans and diverse patient populations. You will have the opportunity to work in a VA Clinic (3 days/week) and from home (0-1.5 days/week), utilizing Zoom for telehealth appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough hearing tests and screenings
  • Completing disability forms and clinic paperwork/reports
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to patients

Compensation Package

A competitive salary of $105,000-$115,000 per year, including benefits such as medical/dental/vision coverage, 401K, and paid time off.
