About the RolePremier Community Bank in Marion, WI is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support the employees of our organization. This role requires a driven and detail-oriented individual with experience in HR administration. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR and be able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities and Requirements
As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll and general ledger entries following each payroll, assisting with the timecard system, recording missed employee punches, coordinating and managing the onboarding process for new hires, organizing orientation day activities across departments, managing benefits administration for new hires, and assisting with benefit changes for current employees. You will also assist with recruiting efforts by posting available employment positions, reviewing applications, and conducting phone interviews to fill vacant positions. To be successful in this role, you will need a High School diploma or equivalent, minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, strong multitasking skills, ability to adapt to shifting priorities quickly, high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations, proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, including Excel and Word, and attention to detail in composing and reviewing materials.
