  • Provide input to improve workflow and laboratory activity
  • Provide input and proficiency in relevant QC testing
  • Provide training and some oversight to new employees on team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related scientific field
  • Experience and/or understanding of microbiology testing methods
  • 3 years of experience performing flow cytometry assays and endotoxin testing
  • Previous cell and gene therapy experience is preferred
