Veterinary Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working Veterinary Technician to join our team at Fairview Veterinary Center. As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our veterinary team.

• Manage medical notes and billing input into practice software
• Fill medications and assist with animal handling for exams and procedures
• Prepare for surgery, monitor anesthesia, and assist with recovery
• Perform blood draws, injections, and IV catheter placement
• Assist with surgery check-in and discharge, dental scaling, and polishing
• Work on your feet for long periods of time

• Fully paid, low-deductible health insurance
• $14-$20/hour starting pay depending on experience
• Flexible scheduling if needed
• 4-day work week if desired after training
