Computed Tomography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. in Maryland. As a CT Technologist, you will play a key role in producing high-quality images for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Responsibilities:- Perform CT scans on patients according to physician orders and department protocols.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Position patients correctly on the CT scanner table and operate the equipment to capture detailed images of the targeted anatomy.
- Monitor patients during scans and make adjustments as needed to optimize image quality.
- Analyze images for clarity and accuracy, ensuring that all relevant anatomical structures are properly visualized.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to review imaging findings and assist with patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Certification as a Registered CT Technologist (CTT) or equivalent credential.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a CT Technologist in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in operating CT equipment and performing a variety of CT procedures.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
