Pharmacy Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Compliance Specialist to join our team at AndHealth. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with the Federal Drug Pricing Program.
As a Pharmacy Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for auditing EHR records and electronic prescription files to ensure eligibility for the Federal Drug Pricing Program. You will also collect, scan, and track required medical documentation from external providers, as required, to maintain program compliance.
You will perform pharmacy prescription audits and maintain appropriate program documentation, utilizing the electronic health record and data from the pharmacy operating system to track eligibility for the Federal Drug Pricing program. Additionally, you will establish and maintain relationships with internal and external providers, ensuring that medical record requests are addressed in a timely manner.
Your responsibilities will also include building patient profiles in the pharmacy operating system, regularly communicating with staff members involved in the Federal Drug Pricing Program, and addressing any problems or concerns in a prompt manner.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, short- and long-term disability, and more.
